They first aired on a local NZ tv show back in 2000 and have now become NZ's fourth popular rock band duo and have since then spread their distance all the way to the US. They have premiered on HBO, MTV, and on the HBO they have made an American TV series show called Flight of the Conchords.
With the TV and easy media streaming from all over the world, this small band has spread and became a world famous comedy band.

The music month began in 2000 and is a celebration for local NZ bands to voice their talents and consists of gigs and concerts and premier shows. Its a great way for media to be incoporated as far as productions, music videos, and using Facebook, Twitter, and other sources to get their word out.
